FAQ
Questions, answered.
How do I book an artist through Heartbeat Agency?
Get in touch through the contact details in our footer or the "Get in touch" link above — tell us the date, venue and vibe you're after, and we'll match you with the right artist from our roster and handle the logistics end to end.
What areas does Heartbeat Agency cover?
We're based across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and work with venues, brands and private clients throughout South East Queensland. For touring artists and larger productions, we book nationally too.
Do you only represent DJs?
DJs are the core of our roster, but we also curate and produce full event line-ups — support acts, live sets and the overall run of show — so the whole night is handled under one booking.
What is Heartbeat Academy?
It's our DJ school on the Gold Coast — one-to-one lessons on professional Pioneer gear, for complete beginners through to DJs ready to play out, with a pathway toward performing alongside Heartbeat.
How can my venue partner with Heartbeat?
Reach out with a few details about your venue and crowd and we'll put together a curated night — lineup, promotion and on-the-ground run sheet — built around what your space and audience are after.
